Does it work when I have no internet?
Yes. When there is no signal, the phones of nearby group members carry the word to one another; the first phone with a connection delivers its neighbours' last known locations to the server.
Can my family see someone from another group?
No. Your family sees only their own pilgrim. And a pilgrim sees only the buddies and leaders of their own group; no other group appears — not by name, not even as a number.
Where is my data stored?
Your name, your group details and — when you turn it on — your location are processed only for the safe management of your group. Your location is never carried as plain text; it is protected by a covering that changes over time.
How do I delete my account?
You can create a deletion request in a few taps inside the app; if you cannot reach the app, you can open a request by support email. The details are on the account deletion page.
